Even if latest tacppd was released under BSD license (completely free for use, develop and change code for
opensource and closedsource products), we have some parts of code (protocols and extensions) which can't be
open sourced. So we plan to maintain tacppd extended version. It planed to be free in binary form and may be
it will be available in sources under commercial license.
